My name is Theodora and I suffer from Motor Neuron Disease (MND). I have had symptoms from 2017 and was diagnosed in 2019.
My symptoms manifest predominantly with an inability to walk and speak. The latter makes it difficult to communicate.
I have used the services of Hope to Heal since November, 2023. Initially I started using them once a week which quickly became 4 days per week.
I have used the service of Zena , the CEO exclusively until recently and now I also rely on her team. Zena and her team are great, they deliver their services with professionalism together with empathy for my needs, wants and those of my family.
Zena is a warm person who delivers a holistic service with sincerity, compassion and a sense of humour. She listens to my requests and has never belittled me. She treats me with respect and kindness. I have always felt safe and heard in her service delivery.
The team is discreet and extremely reliable and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
